Pregnancy and postpartum can bring joy, but also anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts and the feeling that no one truly understands. Rooted Motherhood is a supportive therapeutic space for pregnant and postpartum women to slow down , feel seen and connect with other mothers navigating similar experiences. Together, we'll explore emotional wellness, nervous system regulation, boundaries, relationship, birth and postpartum transitions, and the realities of motherhood. This groups is for the mother who takes care of everyone else but needs somewhere she can be held too. You don't have to navigate this season alone.
