This is an 8 session bi-weekly virtual group designed for women of color who are expecting or brand new to motherhood and find it difficult to find a safe space to be heard, to share, and to heal from pregnancy related stressors. Come and build community while connecting with other mothers to process the highs and lows of motherhood while exploring topics such as postpartum depression, stress, anxiety, self care and more.
