About
Finding a therapist can be a challenge. I know life can really knock you down at times! I have been there. It affects our relationships, school, work, goals, dreams, and it can leave us feeling lost. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am extensively trained to understand relationship dynamics and challenges you've discovered. I can help individuals, couples, and families overcome the challenges they face. I can help support, guide, and coach you to learn new ways of relating to yourself, and the people in your life so that you can improve those relationships. Let's talk about it. Call me to explore yourself again and find peace.
I work from a Narrative and Internal Family Systems model. I look at complex systems you are experiencing in order to assist in creating a new narrative with a new sense of balance. I also have a passion for the outdoors and sports psychology. Motivation, accountability, and performance are main areas I work with while helping clients achieve their goals.
Here is what you will get with me as a therapist: I will work hard, I will care, support, and guide you on your path. I am here to listen and hear you, so I may help you improve your life challenges. I am going to challenge you, hold you accountable, and learn with you. There will be no judgment and you will have the platform you need to express yourself.
