About
I enjoy working with a variety of patients. Therapy can assist individuals: Achieve emotional stability, Stop self-destructive patterns of behaviors, Teach expression of feelings, Improve decision making skills, Reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, Develop a healthier lifestyle, Improve relationships, Address grief and loss to name a few.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy when working with my patients. It is very important to address individuals' cognitions to assist in bringing forth change.
I bring a unique blend of experiences to the therapy session. I believe it is of utmost importance to establish therapeutic rapport with patients and discuss goals for treatment. Healthy boundaries is discussed and maintained throughout the therapeutic relationship.
