My role as a Behavior Analyst is to recognize your challenges, identify patterns of behavior and highlight your strengths, in order to reach your short and long-term goals. I am certified and trained in Positive Behavior Support and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
I have dedicated my practice to working with adults and teens in treating individuals with stress related disorders, anxiety/mood disorders, severe behavioral issues and performance challenges. Developing and implementing behavioral treatment programs to increase psychological flexibility in promoting emotional health, performance, general well being.
I will support and guide you or your loved one in creating a positive environment and enriching one's quality of life. NOT accepting new clients at this time. Initial consultations will resume in August 2023

Groups
The Social
A bi-weekly one hour group session and monthly one-day weekend social gathering for adolescents and teenagers. This is an opportunity to build confidence in developing relationships and effective social communication skills with like minded individuals. Be free to be who you are - without judgement - through the acceptance and support of one's peers. The Social is a chance to learn and grow with your peers through positive emotional activities; hiking, volunteering, mediation practices, sports and recreation, gardening, beach outings, bowling and other social events.
