For more than 8 years, I have had the honor of working with folks who experience ADHD, have a history of incarceration, sexual trauma, and those within the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Using a trauma-informed approach, we can identify troubling symptoms while understanding their impact on you and discover ways to manage and shape your life to the one you want to be living. From EMDR to talk-based processing therapy, we will partner together to find what works best for you to become the human you are meant to become.
It is through my person-centered, trauma-informed approach that I work alongside each person in discovering and rediscovering themselves. Identifying values, processing trauma, and building skills to navigate difficult times are all at the heart of my areas of focus in trauma and sexuality.
