My ideal client is anyone willing to invest the time and effort it takes to improve upon themselves and to live life to their fullest potential. I enjoy focusing my skills on assisting youth with behavioral issues, helping guide parents, and facilitating healthy relationships. It is my belief that often times our own past experiences impact how we see ourselves and the world around us. I feel very strongly that by entering into a therapeutic relationship with a skilled therapist, we can uncover some of those past experiences and identify how they have contributed to our current life circumstances.
It is my privilege to join in and witness the journey of hope and healing. I have vast experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families who have endured trauma, loss, and life transitions. Having a safe place to share is essential to healing. I believe change occurs in a nurturing, safe, and collaborative environment.
At times utilizing insurance when seeking therapy is necessary. However there are benefits to private pay. Increased privacy regarding medical health records is one. Not everyone seeking assistance with issues affecting personal and/or professional growth warrant or require a medical diagnosis. Private pay may offer more flexibility and freedom.
