I am so happy you are here. I am a caring and experienced therapist whose clients tend to see as their copilot on their pilgrimage to an integrated, more meaningful life — someone collaborative, steady, and right beside you as you navigate the fog, turbulence, or changes in life. Together, we can chart a course of meaningful change in self-understanding, interpersonal relations, and healing past unmet needs or traumas. I often work with clients on ADHD, Autism (ASD), sexuality/gender, anxiety, grief, depression, suicidal ideation, relational toxicity, trauma, emotional struggles, interpersonal conflicts, and/or substance abuse.
I integrate Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR—Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), Gottman Couples Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Somatic Practicing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with Gestalt, Rogerian, and Polyvagal frameworks.
I am most often described as grounded & attuned. I work with anyone ready to break free from painful patterns, reconnect with values, and move toward empowerment and healthfulness.
