Specializing in eating disorders and with experience working in substance use, I understand the lengthy journey individuals face as they work to address painful life experiences and learn healthy and effective coping skills. Additionally, I am skilled in dual diagnosis, borderline personality disorder, anxiety and depressive disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
