I see the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration between the therapist and client, navigating the best approach and resources to meet you where you are and support you in achieving your goals.
I specialize in working with past stress and trauma to help the brain heal and recover so you can get back to living the life you desire to live. I also work with PMDD and perimenopause/menopause related challenges. I use evidence-backed methods, including ITR, to provide results and symptom relief as quickly as possible for each unique set of circumstances.
