I work with individuals facing a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, self-esteem challenges, grief and loss, and couples and families challenged with fractured trust, life changes, ongoing conflicts, and communication breakdowns.

I specialize in relational trauma, with a focus on helping clients explore the lasting impact of difficult childhood experiences and dysfunctional family dynamics. Together, we’ll work to heal old wounds, break unhealthy patterns, and create space for healthier relationships and a more grounded sense of self.

The Parental Hurt support group is a safe space to share, heal, and learn how to navigate parental hurt (narcissistic parents, absent parents, mother/father wound etc.) and difficult family relationships by reading the book "Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents" by Lindsay C. Gibson. This group is a six-week closed group facilitated virtually with up to 4 participants. We'll discuss coping skills, boundaries, difficult conversations and more, all related to parental hurt.
