Healing takes place when we move from the past and begin work on ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually. In my quiet and calm manner, I will listen to you without judgment and guide you through the healing process to reach your full potential and live the life you want to live, even if you are unsure of what that is yet. I utilize a Christian perspective when requested.
I work with clients who have experienced trauma, narcissistic behavior from others, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, long-term illness, or pain. I will walk down the path with you to help you find hope, health, and healing.
