Hi there, I'm Ronald Uggla, I am an experienced therapist focusing on meeting clients where they are to make the therapy experience both personal and effective. I have over 9 years of experience helping adults, children, and families find their way back to self-confidence, energy, and the motivation to get back to life. I work collaboratively with clients to identify and meet achievable therapy goals. I am eclectic in my approach to therapy and utilize Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, etc.
I have always been interested in helping people, and my own life struggles have helped me meet clients with compassion and understanding. I believe in being a calm and steady presence in the therapy office. I can also be fun and light-hearted, but always respectful.
