Hi, I’m Ronald Surgeon — a psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. If you're feeling overwhelmed, experiencing anxiety, communication breakdowns, or long-standing negative beliefs, you're not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it alone. My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. I also hold certifications in trauma and life coaching, and I’ve worked with individuals and couples to help restore emotional balance, strengthen communication, and support lasting change.
