If Depression, Past Traumas, and Anxiety are lowering the quality of your life, I would love to help. My approach of treatment focuses more on Understanding and Exploration in a safe and accepting environment, rather than that old "fix a broken person" model. Together, we can work towards insight and growth, which I believe in return will increase the quality of your relationships and life. I feel if we can widen our spectrum of thinking, it can widen our spectrum of feeling, which then widens our spectrum of choosing and reacting to the perpetual challenges of this very uncertain and demanding world.
I focus on a wide variety of issues, such as depression/bipolar, PTSD, and domestic violence. But I am also trained in multiple evidenced-based approaches for Schizophrenia and Psychosis. I've created my own program as well that integrates Mentalization, CBT-p, and family therapy, which has been clinically successful in remission and recovery from psychosis.

Asian American and Mixed Race-AA identity group.
According to the census, only 787 Asian Americans reside in Pahrump, NV, and due to this being a rural neighborhood, a considerable amount of those individuals of Asian descent are mixed race (Black-Asian, White-Asian, Polynesian-Asian). This group was started due to a needs assessment conducted in 2020, which found that Asian and Mixed-Asian individuals in Nye County were highly likely to experience upsetting events (eg rejection, mocking) from peers at school and work. This group allows an opportunity for your voices and lived experiences to be heard. (this group costs $0).
