I work with adults and young adults facing difficult passages in their lives. I've learned that there is always opportunity in crisis, and development when things feel stuck. It means a lot to me to help people feel understood and to find meaning in their lives. I work with High functioning adults, young adults and couples.
I listen to where you need to go instead of where I think you should be. I look for how we are together as a way of understanding how you are in the rest of your life. I assume there's a deeper intelligence at work; I'm old enough by now to know that any problem is at its root the question of whether or not you are connected to something beyond the self.
I am interested in Buddhism and meditation.. I've found that psychotherapy is an absolutely necessary part of development as a human being, Depth and maturity are proportional to amount of basic trust that is developed; and that trust is developed by questioning the ‘known’. Meditation and therapy are both ways to question, to inquire into your life.
