I also have significant experience working with individuals that have issues with addictions, depression, anxiety, and spiritual conflict.
I have a direct, nonjudgmental approach in therapy, assisting my clients with finding practical methods to facilitate healing and growth. Treatment has to be individualized and progressive. Change is a process, not an event. I will walk with you through the process.
