About
Couples come to see me when they are caught in an escalating, upsetting pattern which they need help to get out of. They need better connection, communication, and cooperation with each other. Individuals come to see me with emotional pain and self defeating patterns of thinking and behaving. Working together as a therapeutic team I am able to help create a safe space in which recognition, understanding and validation and changes in outlook, attitude and behavior are learned and applied to create satisfying interpersonal and internal connections
I work with couples and individuals. People grow in good relationships and therapeutic help has the greatest impact when conducted with your significant others or individually with a trustworthy and experienced therapist. My approach blends Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Modern Analysis
I work with couples and individuals and I am a Clinical Fellow in AAMFT and Diplomate in American Psychotherapy Assn. I am trained and experienced in Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Modern Psychoanalysis
