My work is with men, women and late adolescents in an effort to provide a greater understanding of how one's past has influenced the present and how to make changes for the future. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression and other mood disorders, sexual addiction (I am CSAT), job stress, relational distress, parenting issues and past abuse. I use various treatment methods including Behavioral therapy, CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and certified in the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) for trauma of various kinds.
