I am a licensed psychologist who primarily works with adults and older teens in individual therapy. I use research-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy, and others.
My treatment style is collaborative, using a non-judgmental approach, with achievable goals to help develop effective coping skills and reduce symptoms. We will tailor your treatment to your specific needs. My goal is to help clients leave their difficulties behind and live as fully as possible.
