I do have openings. It takes an act of courage to come into counseling. I believe counseling is a partnership and look to help clients who feel like their coping skills are no longer working. I help individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship distress and addiction. I work with clients to improve academic and work performance and success. I work with parents to develop healthy parenting skills through attachment theory. I work with couples and families to work through distress. I recognize that the client is the true expert in their own life and empower the individual. I help clients feel whole again
I specialize working with trauma, addictions and relationships/families. I am certified in EMDR therapy for trauma. I use advance technology to help with neurodivergent concerns. I utilize somatic psychology and a holistic approach to body and mind. I work to heal addictions associated with technology and substances. I am contracted with several colleges.
