I also am firm in my belief that sometimes it is helpful for individuals to seek intermittent sessions with a therapist simply for the purpose of mental wellness, much as we see a doctor or dentist on a regular basis in order to maintain our good health. In addition to being an associate therapist, I am an adjunct professor of psychology.
I have found that my journeys with my clients and my students result in a learning experience to all involved. Being firmly rooted in Narrative practices further reinforces the learnings that are a result of the therapeutic process.
