I am Ronah Strand, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adults address their life challenges to live more fulfilled lives. I have ample experience working in hospital settings, mental health hospital settings, and private practice settings, which has given me expertise in specializing in depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, major life transitions, substance use, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and more.
I am currently in the process of obtaining my Ph.D. in Psychology at Capella University. My professional background includes working with a diverse range of clients and patients facing mental health concerns, life stress, and work stress.
