I am an EMDR therapist. I will help you to identify deeply ingrained beliefs/negative self-talk and the origin. Once processed, you will rethink, have a different perspective on, and feel differently about those events. You will respond from a logical perspective instead of an emotionally intense one. EMDR is more effective than talk therapy.
Change is hard and doesn't happen overnight, but it's possible. You need someone to believe in you until that someone IS you. Your situation is unique and no one belongs in a box.
