About
I am a limited licensed psychologist (LLP) with experience working with youth (ages 8 to 18) families, and young adults, providing individual and group therapy. I earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in psychology and a PhD. in applied developmental psychology from Florida International University. I am also a certified yoga teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance. My clinical training and experience have focused on anxiety, depression, everyday stress, relationship concerns, biological transitions (e.g., puberty), and identity exploration and development.
While I have experience working with youth and their families, I have a strong passion for supporting and empowering adolescents and young adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community as they separate from their families of origin, cultivate a healthy identity, and begin to create their journey.
By working together, we can best identify past patterns that no longer serve you. It is exciting to be part of these paths to self-discovery and independence. I am incredibly invested in my work and am committed to lifelong holistic learning.
