About
Hello! I am a Maryland Licensed Psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Community-Social Psychology. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents (ages 18 months - 19 years), presenting with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, social, and emotional challenges, as well as their caregivers and schools. I received extensive training and have worked in a variety of community- based, school-based, outpatient clinic, group practice, and private practice settings, including the renowned Kennedy Krieger Institute of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
Psychological services provided include individual therapy, family therapy, parent training/guidance, and school consultation. Please visit drbenhorin.com to learn more about the Child and Family Psychotherapy Clinic of Greater Washington, LLC and the services I provide.
Please note that I am an out-of-network provider. As a licensed psychologist, however, the psychological services I provide qualify for reimbursement through many insurance companies. I will provide you with a detailed receipt should you choose to submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement.
