You are likely here because part of life isn't working for you. I am a therapist that will listen, and work to understand. I partner with you to create goals that will lead to greater satisfaction. Our focus will be on you discovering your strengths to manage your way past obstacles. I use my 40 years experience with different backgrounds, cultures and ages to customize my approach to suit your needs. We will construct a process that works for you. Everyone encounters roadblocks in today's world. I want to help you find a path around those roadblocks, and see the positive opportunities that exist for you.

This begins with you contacting me so we can have a free 15+ minute telephone session. In this session we will decide if you and I are good partners to work together to address your concerns. At this time I am not maintaining an office. I am primarily using Telehealth sessions. I will work with you to accommodate times and frequency of sessions.
