I believe, that we already know what the answers are to our unique challenges. Sometimes we simply need someone to help guide us through the process of discovering those answers.
Trauma informed therapy takes into account the effecting experiences of the early development through to the current circumstances that have contributed to the present daily challenges. By integrating those challenging or disruptive parts of our selves, with one's whole self. One finds that many of the current issues, and addictions fade into nothingness.
