About
I believe that when problems surface, people do the best they can to cope. Therapy provides a way to increase our coping skills and can give us a sense of relief. With my empathetic style and collaborative problem-solving approach, I can help you create the kind of life you have always imagined for yourself. I seek to empower people with the tools and skills that they need to understand, confront, cope with and manage their life stressors. You'll gain important skills to cope with stress, manage troublesome feelings and improve relationships.
I have years of experience working with adolescents dealing with behavior and family problems. I like to help families improve communication and strengthen their relationships.
Please note that I am an out-of-network provider. As a licensed psychologist, however, the psychological services I provide qualify for reimbursement through many insurance companies. For those who can not make it into the office or variable schedule, Dr. Kelly also provides Telehealth services.
