I support adults and couples navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, or relationship issues. My clients come from a range of backgrounds and experiences including men, BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals who want and deserve a space where they feel seen and understood. Therapy with me offers a chance to unpack what is heavy and move toward a life that feels more like your own.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a real-world approach. We will look at how stress, past experiences, or cultural and relational dynamics shape your patterns. Together, we will build tools that help you respond with more clarity, confidence, and choice.
You do not have to keep holding it all in or figuring it out by yourself. I offer therapy for adults and couples across Illinois—both in person and through telehealth.
