I have extensive experience and knowledge in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem issues, stage of life or cross-cultural issues. I am skilled and adept in addressing the types of communication issues characteristic of couple and family conflicts.
I am also a certified EMDR practitioner. EMDR is a protocol proven to be effective in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder and other possible trauma-related disorders and issues such as panic attacks, phobias, complicated grief, disturbing memories, a sense of reliving "old stuff," performance anxiety and dissociative disorders.
