Finding a meaningful relationship can be difficult, and so can maintaining one! Both can lead to anxiety, hopelessness, heartbreak, trust issues, and compromised self-esteem. Relationships and dating can be a messy and hectic process, despite technological advances and seemingly endless advice. We live in a world with so many options, and even with the best intentions, sometimes we need help. Whether it's incompatibility, betrayal, or the numerous other challenges that arise, just know you're not alone. I'm here to work with you and provide support on your journey of self-discovery, healing, and authentic living.
I provide a compassionate, warm, empowering, and non-pathologizing approach with my clients. I utilize a combination of Existential Therapy and evidenced-based treatments to help clients gain deeper insight into their issues and pain points, gain the tools needed to overcome obstacles, as well as empower them to make the changes they desire!
Some modalities I utilize include Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman (for couples), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). These modalities aid in helping clients manage anxiety & depression, heal from trauma, gain healthy coping skills, & improve emotion management skills.
