Welcome! It is never too late to start the work of becoming more resilient and confident- whatever that looks like for you. I draw on my own professional and personal experiences to provide gender affirming, trauma informed care. I support people navigating major life transitions and larger institutional systems. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with ADHD and ASD, as well as depression and anxiety. I am queer identified and neurodivergent myself, allowing me to offer a unique, lived perspective to our work together. I come from a CBT, DBT, and human development background that I incorporate through talk therapy. I work within the liberation, anti-carceral framework of mental health. I also offer gender affirming surgical assessments on a limited basis.
I am here to support and challenge you as you grow and develop into your adulthood. Therapy is a marathon, not a sprint, and I look forward to supporting you in this work!
