My approach is supportive and collaborative and I aim to work in a spirit of warmth, compassion and curiosity. As each person is unique, my approach to therapy is integrative, incorporating acceptance, mindfulness, attachment-based and CBT approaches. I can help you to learn valuable skills to manage your stress, reduce your anxiety, and live a more vital life.
Therapy starts with the right fit. Research shows that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in effective therapy. My first priority is to co-create a relationship in which you feel safe expressing whatever is on your mind. We are all wired for healing and growth, and it is never too late to change.
