My goal is to make you feel "complete"...so whatever that is, I'm here to help. I work to help you alter, improve, and uplift the challenges you may be facing. Helping you to manage depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, family conflict, to name a few, is the key to a more positive outlook and a way to leave the past behind. Each person is unique, so each person has their own set of goals to be developed. Each person requires their own personal approach. I can help you by also assisting with connections that can go beyond therapy so that all of your stated needs are addressed.
I have over 20 years experience in working with adolescents, teens (from probation and department of corrections), and adults. I utilize various treatment modalities (cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma focused, etc.). I am certified in working with youth with harmful sexual behaviors and juvenile victims of sexual abuse.
