Currently, I am doing all services via HIPPA Secure Tele-health for Tennessee, Illinois, Louisiana and Florida. I currently and excepting new clients. I work with children/adolescents, adults and families. I have helped clients understand and work through their life challenges. I will try to help individuals and families to have emotional insight into their work, personal and family issues.
I help one understand/resolve problems they are experiencing (ie. personal/work relationship diff., self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, work/achievement inhibitions, parenting prob developmental issues). Increased understanding and skill building to address issues, often helps to dev. successful approaches in dealing with day-to-day life.
I provide Client centered services. Meeting the client where they are. Sometimes, it is helpful to have someone to help navigate life's obstacles and help one focus on individual goals, in order to meet one's needs. Therapeutic support is important to help one feel empowered to embrace one's challenges in life.
