Have you experienced abuse in a familial or romantic relationship? And now, when you start to feel it all becomes too much, too overwhelming? Yet, you want to feel safe in your body, build deeper trust within yourself & develop more fulfilling relationships. In therapy, together, we will create a supportive and safe space to explore your story, understand the impact of your trauma and rebuild from a place of compassion. We’ll work towards creating an internal connection to your most rooted self. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, so you can feel grounded, empowered, and open to experiencing joy in your life.

I specialize in trauma therapy using gentle, evidence-based methods like EMDR, IFS (parts work), Somatic Experience and Clinical Yoga to reconnect body and mind. I also offer EMDR and IFS intensives—focused, immersive sessions designed to deepen healing and support lasting emotional resilience.

I offer a safe, supportive space in Saratoga Springs & through telehealth. We will move at your pace, with care & compassion.
