My approach to therapy is a collaboration with my clients. Adverse experiences and trauma can manifest differently in each individual's body. Our body's hold on to the trauma and you can experience physical sensations and emotional dysregulation without knowing why. I believe that a holistic approach to therapy can help you release the trauma stuck in your body. We will work together to help you recognize your triggers and heal the underlying cause to return you to live the life you desire.
I am a certified professional trauma therapist. I have received formal training in EMDR, IFS level 2 , Somatic Embodiment, Integrative Somatic Parts Work. I am certified as a Clinical Yoga Practitioner. Yo hablo Espanol.
I use a holistic approach to therapy to heal the body, mind and spirit. My goal is to create a space where my clients can process and heal without external expectations or judgments. My clients will have the space to create a trusting relationship with themselves and others.
