Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when things feel heavy, unclear, or stuck. You may be noticing patterns that are not shifting, feeling emotionally exhausted, or unsure where to even begin, even after trying different approaches. At this time we are only accepting clients for EMDR intensive weekends either virtual in the US or Colombia or in person outside of Medellín, Colombia. This option is designed for those ready to engage in focused, intentional work within a structured and supportive environment.
An EMDR intensive is designed for those who feel stuck, lost, or emotionally drained despite doing the work. Rather than meeting weekly, we create a focused 6-8hr day for a 2–3 day experience that allows for deeper processing without interruption, helping you move through long-standing blocks and reconnect with relief, and a renewed sense of direction
This work is about reconnecting with your resilience and the parts of you that are ready for change. Many clients leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and better able to move forward. If you are currently working with a therapist, intensives can be done collaboratively over a weekend, allowing you to return and continue ongoing work with your therapist
