Not currently accepting new clients. Hello, and welcome to Athena Counseling. We have twelve licensed female providers with extensive experience in myriad therapeutic interventions. My practice is client-centered, ethical, and professional. We offer individual counseling to tweens, teens, adults, as well as couples counseling and family counseling. We provide a safe, accepting, nonjudgmental atmosphere for all clients. Whether you are struggling in your professional or personal life, having difficulty with communication, or feeling overwhelmed, we have the clinical skills to address any challenge you may face.
We approach each client as an individual, with unique needs, goals, and challenges. We will work together to formulate a treatment plan that meets your specific needs. We have clinical expertise for: mood disorders; PTSD/trauma; military personnel and first responders; grief; and other issues. How often do you get an hour that is devoted entirely to you?
We utilize skills/training, compassion, empathy and wisdom to help each client be the best version of him/her/their self. We believe everyone has the capacity to effectively navigate this thing called "life". While we can submit your claims to your insurance company, we also offer the option of fee-for-service. All providers are trauma-informed.
