Our human experience is to face ease and hardship throughout our lives, with the ebb and flow of anxiety and calm, depression and joy, grief and comfort. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and use a systemic and integrative approach that is person-centered, tailored, holistic, and culturally sensitive. I believe in the power of mindfulness and prayer in healing, and have worked with clients on various issues: childhood trauma, substance abuse, premarital counseling, etc.
