Hi, I’m Romalyn—but call me Roma! Thanks for taking time to get to know me. With over ten years of mental health therapy experience, I joyfully support people of all ages facing stress, crisis, trauma (incl. natural disasters), loss/grief (incl. pets), bipolar, personality/behavioral issues, substance concerns, PSB, eating disorders, ADHD, and neurodivergence. I support individuals and families with relationship struggles and separations. My warm, eclectic approach weaves in EMDR to process stuck pain and build resilience.
