Breaking Unhealthy Relationship Patterns - Virtual
Some relationship patterns develop so early they feel automatic - reaching, clinging, overthinking, or losing yourself to keep someone close. This group creates a structured, supportive space for women who want to slow that cycle down and understand it. Across 16 weeks, you’ll explore attachment, emotional regulation, and the protective parts of you that have been trying to keep you safe. Expect grounding, clarity, and skills that help you move from anxious reacting to secure relating. Group scheduled to start Mid-July!
