My therapeutic approach is direct and active, promoting clarity, healing, encouragement, as well as change. I possess experience working with clients diagnosed with diverse mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, mood disorders, etc. Additionally, through my experience, I have developed an integrative approach to therapy.
I enjoy making mental health apart of the conversation. I aim to empower people with hope and provide holistic support. Hope is the center of life’s greatest endeavors. I hope to bring healing, hope, restoration, true forgiveness and release of strongholds that impede the life of those who have suffered for so long.
