Someone looking within to understand your own mental health challenges with depression, anxiety, and the relationships you have in your life or the types of relationships you want to create. Someone that wants to really find themselves to be more confident, creating a balance between work, family, and interests, managing stress, and creating realistic goals. Someone that has struggled with sustaining goals we will work on habits that will not be short lived but life long.
I completed my Masters in Counseling in 2013. I have a experience utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, Gottman method, positive psychology, health and others in order to help you gain insights, learn about yourself, grow, apply new skills in areas of anxiety, depression, family relationships, and romantic relationships. Together we will do this as a team.
I've had my own challenges with my mental health where I will relate to you in some areas, but mostly I bring a curious mind asking you the right questions as we utilize a safe space to help you with the different mental health challenges you are experiencing. I bring a laid back approach, but will challenge you and hold you accountable for your growth.
