I strive to create a space that encourages curiosity, vulnerability, and compassion. I utilize somatic, mindfulness, and relational interventions to support your needs.
I enjoy working with individuals from all identities and backgrounds from an anti-oppressive lens. Due to my own lived experience as a first-generation immigrant, I have an interest working with people from marginalized communities and also those who want to process intergenerational trauma, racial trauma, immigration stress, and identity development.
