Seeking support is not often easy, and in engaging with therapy you have taken a very important step. I believe that there is no single therapeutic method that works for all people, and I instead look forward to meeting you where you are, building a trusting relationship, and collaborating with you on your goals while we create a personalized path towards empowering you and reducing your suffering. In walking this path together, we can work towards a better understanding of your Self, including your joys, sorrows, challenges, and strengths, as well as how you navigate the world.
I look forward to developing a bond in the therapy relationship built on validation, shared experiences and interests, and humor. Through my work, I have learned to appreciate the strengths and resources clients bring into the therapy room, and I will work with you to enhance them and use them creatively to address your needs.
I am committed to destigmatizing mental healthcare for men of color as well as combating systems of oppression. I have been privileged to support people from diverse populations grappling with a variety of concerns. If you feel that working with me is the next stop on your journey, I encourage you to contact me. If I am not available I will help connect you
