My mission is to genuinely share myself with others so that we can reach higher levels of understanding and experience acceptance, commitment, and hope. I work with individuals, families, and parents navigating challenges like trauma, emotional dysregulation, impulsiveness, or life-threatening behaviors. Whether you’re seeking support for managing emotions, improving relationships, or building confidence, I offer evidence-based treatments tailored to your needs. We are doing the best we can, with what we have, in this moment and we can do better, being more motivated to change.
I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for trauma, emotional dysregulation, impulsiveness, and life-threatening behaviors. Using DBT, PE, CBT, and body-focused methods, I help clients build skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and distress tolerance. I offer personalized DBT skills training and therapeutic parenting and family therapy.
