I work with adolescents, adults, parents, and families navigating trauma, intense emotions, and recurring relationship difficulties. I provide focused treatment for specific concerns alongside work on emotional and relationship patterns. Treatment is structured around your needs, goals, and development. My work includes individual psychotherapy, trauma treatment, skills training, and parenting and family therapy, with attention to how changes take root in daily life.
