I work with individuals, families, and parents navigating challenges like trauma, emotional dysregulation, impulsiveness, or life-threatening behaviors. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for trauma, emotional dysregulation, impulsiveness, and life-threatening behaviors. Using DBT, PE, CBT, and body-focused methods, I help clients build skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and distress tolerance. I offer personalized DBT skills training and therapeutic parenting and family therapy.
