I am a person-centered and motivational therapist that offers services for people managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, stress management, grief and loss, trauma, substance use and support of a family member, significant life events/transitions, emotional and behavioral health issues, and general life adjustments and changes.
Within us I believe we all have the ability to connect to a vibrational energy that is positive, calming, and peaceful. With empathy and compassion, I will strive to help you view challenging situations more clearly, and respond to them more effectively in creating positive change.
