I am a former first responder who specializes in working with the first responder and healthcare communities to treat Post-Traumatic Stress. I also work with the general public struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and past trauma.
I specialize in Brainspotting to allow clients to process their past traumas and find the healing they are seeking. I am also trained in EMDR therapy for those seeking this specific modality for their healing.
