I treat a variety of mental health and emotional issues. I believe that therapy should not only address mental health symptoms but also help people develop an ability to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. I specialize in using a variety of evidence-based treatments to help people change what they can and learn acceptance and compassion for the rest.
My goal is to develop a strong alliance between us. I work hard to understand your thoughts and feelings without judging your experience. My warm, empathetic, and genuine style allows us to fully partner to make progress toward your goals. I don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach and will tailor my interventions to the unique person that you are.
